Lyndsay Collard

M.ADS, BCBA. Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont)

Lyndsay Collard is a co-owner and senior therapist at CoField Inc. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with 17 years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism and a variety of special needs. Lyndsay is skilled in both writing and implementing individual programs, training therapists, and conducting assessments. Her creativity and tenacity while devolving behavioural strategies make her an exemplary leader. Her passion for the field is demonstrated in every area of her profession. Lyndsay has also previously worked as a faculty member at Fanshawe College in the Autism and Behavioural Science Program and completed her Masters Degree in Applied Disability Studies in 2015.

Alison Ditchfield therapist at cofield inc

Alison Ditchfield

BA, Hon.BA, CYW

Alison is the co-owner and a senior therapist at CoField Inc. She sits on the Autism and Behavioral Sciences Program Advisory Committee at Fanshawe College. Alison has earned two university degrees and a diploma in Child and Youth Work, along with completing her course work and required supervision for the BCaBA, Assistant Behaviour Analyst. Her 30 years in Social Services, 20 of which are in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) give her unparalleled experience and knowledge in working with families and teams. Her patience and willingness to collaborate make her an excellent supervisor and a professional in all areas of her field. Alison’s eagerness to creatively problem solve makes her a true asset to CoField’s success.

CoField is lucky to work with exceptional Lead and Instructor Therapists, with a variety of backgrounds and education.

 

CoField is happy to provide families with the names/contact information of therapists that may be a good fit for their child, but as all therapists are self-employed, availability cannot be guaranteed. All therapists practice with an up-to-date police check and are trained in Safe Management.

Kendra Wells CoField Inc

Kendra Wells

B.A., Graduate Certificate in Autism/Behavioural Science

Kendra is an instructor therapist and has been working with CoField for over 6 years. She has over 12 years of experience working with children and adults with special needs. Her background includes working with clients with a range of needs including autism, cerebral palsy, deaf, and blind. Kendra has a passion for working one-on-one with her clients and is inspired by the progress she sees in each one of them.

Patrick Coggins CoField Inc

Patrick Coggins

B.A., Psychology

Patrick is an instructor therapist and has worked with Cofield for approximately 8 years.  He is a highly skilled therapist, with over 15 years of experience as an instructor therapist, and 5 years of experience in the position of Senior Therapist, and has trained many therapists who have gained their certification in the Autism and Behaviour Science program through Fanshawe College.  Patrick excels in one-to-one therapy, particularly in language acquisition (be it vocal or through an AAC device).  Due to his years in the field, he also has a strong ability to adapt quickly to any behaviour issues that may arise.

Serena Beemer CoField Inc

Serena Beemer

D.S.W. (in progress), Registered Behaviour Technician (R.B.T.)

Serena has been with CoField Inc. for 5 years and has been actively involved in respite and childcare since 2012. She is RBT (Registered Behaviour Technician) certified via the BACB and is currently working on her DSW (Developmental Support Worker) at Loyalist College. Serena has a calm and steady demeanor that makes her a strong ABA therapist. She has shown incredible growth in the past 4 years she’s been with CoField Inc. and has developed strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. Serena has been a constant support to the families she works with and consistently demonstrates compassion and flexibility to her clients’ changing needs.

Kassidy Redhead CoFIeld Inc

Kassidy Redhead

E.C.E., Graduate Certificate in Autism/Behavioural Science

Kassidy is an enthusiastic therapist with 5 years of Early Childhood Education experience prior to completing her Autism and Behavioural Science Graduate Certificate from Fanshawe, and has been with CoField Inc. for nearly three years. Kassidy is able to quickly build rapport with her clients and enjoys being involved in each child’s unique learning process. She strives to teach meaningful and functional skill-building programs and is versatile in her approaches in order to help her clients succeed. Kassidy is currently enrolled in workshops to expand her specializations within ABA.

Sine Frederick CoField Inc

Sine Frederick

B.A. Psychology/Disability Studies, Graduate Certificate in Autism/Behavioural Science

Sine has worked with CoField for nearly two years. She graduated from the University of Windsor with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in both psychology and disability studies, as well as attended Fanshawe College where she obtained her certificate of Autism and Behavioural sciences. More recently, she graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Master’s of Professional Education (concentration in ABA) and is gaining hours toward her BCBA certification. She enjoys working one-to-one with her clients but also in larger group support when needed. Seeing the progress each client makes brings a smile to her face.

Krystal Lennox

MACP, PGCert. ABS, BA

Krystal is a Registered Psychotherapy. She has worked with CoField for approximately 10 years and is highly skilled at teaching children both in structured settings, as well as the natural environment. She excels at helping families integrate ABA strategies and positive parenting frameworks into their daily lives. Krystal is also a consultant for Safe Management Crisis Intervention and Prevention for CoField.

Fanh Inacio

B.A. Sociology

Fanh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, and has over eight years of experience working as an Educational Assistant, primarily in behavioural and developmental classroom settings, and more recently, as ABA support throughout the school board. Throughout her career, she has supported students with diverse learning and behavioural needs, using patience, consistency, and evidence-based strategies to promote independence and positive outcomes.

 

In addition to her work in schools, she provides ABA and respite care for both children and adults with developmental disabilities. This role has further strengthened her ability to build trusting relationships, support daily living skills, and adapt to individual needs in a compassionate and respectful manner. Fanh remains dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and inclusive environments where individuals can thrive.

Abhilash Kalarikal Premkumar

Abhi began his career in education after completing his Diploma in Education. He later earned a Bachelor of Social Work, as well as graduate certificates in Addictions and Mental Health and Autism and Behavioural Science from Fanshawe College.


Abhi is passionate about supporting children as they develop new skills, build confidence, and reach meaningful goals. He enjoys forming strong, trusting relationships with each child and collaborating closely with families to create positive, lasting change. Whether celebrating major milestones or small everyday successes, Abhi finds great joy in helping children make progress and reach their full potential.
